    Outside Chile and depending of country proximity, international shippings could easily take between 2 to 12 weeks.
    I'll always give the customer the tracking number if there's one. (Check your email)

    Once the order is shipped, there will be no refunds unless of an incorrect order (wrong product) or the product itself gets lost.
